Hills
I’m going to have a little vent about hills. Today we did a run about 7.8 miles. Since there are no hills in San Gabriel, we ran down to Montebello/Montery Park (can’t remember. lol) and ran on the hills there. I hate them. Beach and Spam
These were pretty much the highlights of my day. Despite the possible tear in my achilles tendon AND the cold wind, the beach was really fun. Bad Day
Today was sort of a bad day. It started off with a stomach ache at midnight. Lasted about an hour? Then during XC, my achilles tendon was worse - more than it ever has.
